Van Trinh strengthens the KASS Vietnam team with her extensive expertise in intellectual property protection and enforcement. With over a decade of experience in the IP field, she has developed deep insight into trademark litigation, enforcement actions, and anti-counterfeiting strategies across Vietnam.

Before joining KASS, Van worked with a leading IP agency, where she advised clients on IP infringement matters, appeals, oppositions, and cancellations before the IP Office of Vietnam (IPVN). She has represented numerous international and local corporations before enforcement authorities and has built strong relationships with government bodies to effectively safeguard clients’ IP rights.

At KASS, Van provides strategic advice on infringement, unfair competition, and domain name disputes. Her strong analytical skills, practical experience, and deep understanding of Vietnam’s IP landscape enable her to craft effective solutions that help clients protect and enforce their intellectual property with confidence.
