Her strength lies in understanding inventions at both a technical and practical level, enabling her to capture the essence of innovations while ensuring robust and commercially relevant claim coverage.

Basirah is experienced in handling patent prosecution matters, particularly in responding to examination reports with well-reasoned and technically grounded arguments. She also undertakes freedom-to-operate searches, prepares patent and utility model applications, and provides detailed analysis as well as invalidity opinions.
