Van Trinh strengthens the Vietnam team with over a decade of experience in intellectual property protection and enforcement, bringing deep expertise in trademark litigation, enforcement actions, and anti-counterfeiting strategies across Vietnam. Her extensive experience enables her to provide practical, results-oriented solutions that safeguard clients’ valuable IP assets in complex and competitive markets.

Prior to joining KASS, Van worked with a leading IP agency, where she advised clients on infringement matters, appeals, oppositions, and cancellations before the IP Office of Vietnam (IPVN). She has represented numerous international and local corporations before enforcement authorities and cultivated strong relationships with government bodies, allowing her to navigate the regulatory landscape effectively and achieve favourable outcomes for her clients.

Van provides strategic guidance on infringement, unfair competition, and domain name disputes.
