Nguyen Thuy Linh

With over 12 years of experience in the IP world as a patent and design attorney, Linh heads the latest addition in our ASEAN expansion – the KASS Vietnam office.

Her vast expertise in advising on legal matters pertaining to IP rights, translating patent specifications, and handling all aspects of patent and design applications, puts her in good stead for her role at KASS.

Linh is in charge of managing the Ho Chi Minh City office and ensuring we meet all statutory requirements under the Vietnam laws. She oversees the filing and prosecution of trademarks, patents and industrial designs, ensuring the prompt execution of all IP-related matters in Vietnam while offering comprehensive advice that is tailored to the needs of each client.
