Ngan Pham

Ngan joins KASS with more than seven years of experience in the Intellectual Property (IP) industry specialising in patents and trademarks. She holds a law degree from Hanoi Law University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

In addition to her academic background, Ngan has also completed the Lawyer training program conducted by the Judicial Academy along with other intensive training courses on IP that have been organized by both the Vietnamese IP office and the World IP Organization (WIPO).

At KASS, Ngan focuses on trademark and patent applications, filings, and prosecutions, both domestically and internationally. She excels at providing extensive consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Ngan is also fluent in both Vietnamese and English, enabling her to provide translation for filing specifications from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
