Syril Diesta joins us as Country Manager, overseeing and coordinating all business operations in the Philippines.

In addition to providing efficient IP assistance, Syril offers comprehensive, tailored advice to meet each client’s unique needs. She ensures the prompt execution of all trademarks, industrial design, and patent matters within the country.

Syril brings over 20 years of experience in the IP field, showcasing impressive credentials. Her extensive expertise includes local and foreign trademark prosecution, international registration under the Madrid Protocol, and trademark portfolio management. She is skilled in reviewing contracts related to license and distributorship agreements, copyright registration, and IP recordation with the Bureau of Customs. Additionally, Syril excels in client management and office management for IP prosecution teams. Her vast knowledge and skills significantly bolster KASS’s mission to be the IP Heartbeat of Southeast Asia.
