He is currently preparing for the patent examination to qualify as a full-fledged Patent Agent, reflecting his commitment to advancing his professional expertise in IP.

Kunanon spent over four years at Tilleke & Gibbins, one of Thailand’s leading law firms, where he gained hands-on experience in patent registration and litigation support. In his role as a paralegal, he conducted legal research, drafted patent-related filings, and coordinated directly with the Department of Intellectual Property and other government agencies. His early experience as a Client Service Executive further honed his communication skills and client-facing professionalism.

Prior to his IP career, Kunanon worked at Organon (Thailand) Limited, supporting pharmaceutical marketing operations and regulatory compliance. He prepared and submitted advertising materials for Thai FDA approval, liaised with regulatory authorities, and ensured adherence to internal and external review processes. His familiarity with platforms such as VeevaVault PromoMats and SAP Comet demonstrates his ability to manage complex documentation and cross-functional collaboration with precision.

Fluent in both Thai and English, and equipped with strong administrative, legal, and coordination skills, Kunanon plays an integral role in supporting patent operations, ensuring efficient prosecution, and providing clients with reliable guidance throughout the lifecycle of their intellectual property in Thailand.
