Kunanon Hawiriya

With a strong foundation in both the pharmaceutical and intellectual property industries, Kunanon brings a unique blend of experience to the KASS team, particularly in the areas of drug and medical advertising compliance and patent registration in Thailand.

Kunanon also spent over four years at Tilleke & Gibbins, one of Thailand’s leading law firms, where he gained hands-on experience in patent registration and litigation support. As a paralegal, he conducted legal research, prepared patent-related filings, and coordinated directly with the Department of Intellectual Property and other government agencies. His early role as a Client Service Executive further refined his communication skills and client-facing professionalism.

Prior to joining KASS, Kunanon served at Organon (Thailand) Limited, where he supported marketing operations for pharmaceutical products. He was responsible for preparing and submitting advertising materials for Thai FDA approval, liaising with regulatory authorities, and ensuring strict compliance with internal and external review procedures. His familiarity with platforms such as VeevaVault PromoMats and SAP Comet underpins his ability to manage documentation and cross-functional collaboration with precision and efficiency.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Thammasat University, Kunanon also holds a Bachelor of Political Science in International Affairs. Fluent in both Thai and English, and equipped with strong administrative, legal, and coordination skills, Kunanon plays an essential role in supporting IP operations and ensuring regulatory compliance across our client portfolios in Thailand.
