Hemanisha Baskaran

Hemanisha hails from a background in Forensic Science from the Management and Science University (MSU). She complements the KASS patent team with her expertise in chemical, forensics and biology fields.

At KASS, Hemanisha works on patent searches and drafts patent specifications for inventions in the chemical, forensics and biology fields. She maintains a portfolio of local and international clients, and is proficient in handling responses to examination reports, in addition to carrying out prior art, patentability and novelty searches and issuing patent validity and invalidity opinions.
