Haliza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Data Analytics. She brings experience across the oil & gas, manufacturing, and shared services sectors, with strengths in technical support, data analysis, process improvement, and documentation management.
Throughout her career, Haliza has supported maintenance operations, digitalisation initiatives, and regional learning programmes, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and deliver data-driven solutions. She is proficient in engineering and analytics tools including Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and Tableau. Her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach enable her to contribute effectively to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
She has also contributed to academic research in human-robot interaction, resulting in a publication in the Malaysian Journal of Medicine and Health Sciences.
