Carola Monintja (“Carla”) leads our PT. KASS Indonesia IP Services as a Country Manager, with more than 20 years of experience, she is a seasoned and highly capable IP professional who brings a wealth of experience and leadership to KASS’s growing presence in Indonesia. In her role, Carla supervises and coordinates the overall business operations of KASS in Indonesia, ensuring the office operates with efficiency, professionalism, and a strong client-first focus.

Beyond operational oversight, Carla provides comprehensive, client-tailored IP advice and ensures the prompt and accurate execution of all trademarks, industrial design, and patent matters across the Republic. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of the Indonesian IP landscape make her a trusted partner for clients navigating the complexities of IP protection in the region.

Carla’s outstanding contributions to the field have been recognised by IAM Patent 1000, which named her a Recommended Individual (Silver) a prestigious acknowledgement of her professional excellence and her consistent delivery of exceptional IP services across Indonesia.
