With a background in IP law, Ardian brings years of legal experience in the intellectual property field. This serves as a strong advantage in his work at KASS, where he manages a diverse portfolio of clients. His responsibilities include conducting searches, handling registration and prosecution matters for trademarks and industrial designs, as well as advising and monitoring all issues related to clients’ IP applications.

He identifies potential infringements concerning clients’ intellectual property and provides guidance on trademark registrability, infringement, objections, and enforcement matters.

In addition, Ardian supervises all legal matters related to IP, including trademark searches and registrations, copyright registrations, client consultations, and preparing responses to office actions, rejections, and oppositions issued by the DGIP or other authorities.
