Her work spans the full lifecycle of patent prosecution from conducting thorough patent searches and drafting precise patent specifications, to managing examination reports and guiding applications through to successful registration.

Beyond patent matters, Aaina actively prosecutes trademark and design applications on behalf of clients across the ASEAN region, providing reliable and efficient IP protection in one of the world’s most diverse and rapidly evolving markets. Her regional knowledge and cross-functional experience make her a valuable resource for clients with multi-country portfolios.

Aaina’s contributions to the field have been recognised by IAM Patent 1000, one of the world’s most respected IP publications, which named her a Recommended Individual (Bronze) in Patent Prosecution in Malaysia, a distinguished acknowledgement of her technical expertise, professional standing, and consistent delivery of high-quality results for clients across the region.
