As our Billing & Reconciliation Assistant, you’ll be the go-to expert for handling all billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoices, and reconciling financial data to keep our records in top shape.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Billing & Invoicing

  • Generate accurate invoices and credit memos for our clients.

  • Issue monthly customer statements and ensure all billing is done on time.

  • Work with various teams to ensure up-to-date billing information.

  • Maintain compliance with billing procedures and standards.

 

🔹 Reconciliation & Accuracy

  • Perform monthly reconciliations of financial records.

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with a keen eye for detail.

  • Keep clear and accurate documentation of all reconciliation activities.

 

🔹 Financial Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports.

  • Analyze trends and provide insights to enhance our billing process.

 

🔹 Communication & Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal and external teams to handle billing queries.

  • Support projects and activities for both MY and SG offices.

 

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Diploma/Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

🔹 Bonus: Mandarin proficiency is a bonus!

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Prior experience in Accounting/Billing is a plus, but not required.

  • 5-day work week in the office

  • Able to start work with short notice/immediately
