Trademark Executive
Are you passionate about Intellectual Property (IP) and eager to make a real impact in the industry? If you have 3-5 years of experience in trademarks, copyright, industrial design, and trade secrets, we want YOU on our team!
As a Trademark Executive, you’ll play a vital role in advising clients, managing high-profile IP matters, and leading projects—all while mentoring junior staff and driving innovation within the department.
🔹 Education: Degree in Law, History, English Literature, or Psychology (from a reputable university).
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3 years in IP law, including trademark searches, filings, and legal advising.

🔹Client Consultancy - Advise clients on IP rights, guiding them through trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and industrial design matters.
🔹 Trademark & Design Prosecution – Handle trademark and design registrations, draft submissions, and manage oppositions.
🔹 Dispute Resolution – Manage contentious IP matters, from disputes and negotiations to oppositions and legal agreements.
🔹 Project & Client Management – Take the lead in handling key client portfolios and ensuring top-tier IP services.
🔹 Training & Leadership – Mentor junior executives, refine workflows, and contribute to process improvements.
🔹 Thought Leadership – Represent the firm in seminars, talks, and webinars, and keep up with the latest IP trends.
🔹 Quality & Innovation – Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards and exploring process improvements.
🔹Have experience handling contentious IP cases and dispute resolutions
🔹Love finding innovative solutions to improve workflows
🔹Speak Mandarin (not required, but a great plus!)
