As our Billing & Reconciliation Assistant, you’ll be the go-to expert for handling all billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoices, and reconciling financial data to keep our records in top shape.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Billing & Invoicing
Generate accurate invoices and credit memos for our clients.
Issue monthly customer statements and ensure all billing is done on time.
Work with various teams to ensure up-to-date billing information.
Maintain compliance with billing procedures and standards.
🔹 Reconciliation & Accuracy
Perform monthly reconciliations of financial records.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with a keen eye for detail.
Keep clear and accurate documentation of all reconciliation activities.
🔹 Financial Reporting & Data Analysis
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports.
Analyze trends and provide insights to enhance our billing process.
🔹 Communication & Collaboration
Liaise with internal and external teams to handle billing queries.
Support projects and activities for both MY and SG offices.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Diploma/Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
🔹 Bonus: Mandarin proficiency is a bonus!
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Prior experience in Accounting/Billing is a plus, but not required.
5-day work week in the office
Able to start work with short notice/immediately
