General Clerk/Paralegal

 
Job Description
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing Renewal/Trademark Certificates & Official Notifications
 
1) Organize and process certificates and official documents efficiently.
2) Ensure all certificates and notifications are handled within deadlines.
3) Liaise with the IP Office to follow up on pending certificates and resolve any issues.
4) Respond to basic inquiries related to renewal and trademark documents.
Client & Associate Communication
 
1) Ensure all outstanding matters are resolved before sending out certificates.
2) Deliver renewal and trademark documents to clients and associates promptly and professionally.
3) Maintain clear and proactive communication with all relevant parties.
4) Keep reporting up to date and meet all deadlines.
Docketing System Management
 
1) Upload and maintain accurate records of renewals, trademarks, and certificates in the system.
2) Keep track of important deadlines and ensure timely reminders are in place.
3) Update client details and any special instructions to ensure a seamless process.
Education & Skills:
 
1) Entry Level – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
2) Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Admin, or a related field.
3) Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
6) Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
7) Ability to work independently and in a team.
