REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2+ years in IP law (searches, drafting, filing preferred)
• Problem-solver who thrives under pressure
• Self-driven & independent
• Interest or knowledge in intellectual property (IP) is a plus
field
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical
• Mandarin proficiency is a bonus!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research & Analysis – Assist in patent searches
• Draft & File – Support patent preparation & submissions.
• Prosecution – Help manage applications & office actions
• Client Support – Guide clients on IP processes
