Responsibilities:
Assist in the filing and prosecution of trademark, design and copyright matters
Record, track, and manage deadlines using the firm’s IP management systems
Prepare client correspondence, reports, quotations, and billing instructions
Liaise with clients, associates, regional offices, and Intellectual Property Offices
Support executives in daily portfolio management and administrative work
Maintain organised, accurate, and up-to-date IP records and files
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in any field
• Diploma/Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
